Chairman
Dennis F. Craig II
Dennis Craig serves as a trusted advisor to high growth companies and their investors, from formation to exit. A significant portion of his practice includes venture capital and growth equity transactions; fund formation and investment matters; as well as advising public companies and underwriters on their various needs including securities offerings and SEC reporting obligations.
Dennis’s fund formation and transactional expertise is bolstered by his experience in the venture capital space, where he successfully raised funds and syndicated multiple investments in technology companies.
Dennis is deeply committed to driving meaningful change in the ecosystem as it relates to diversity and inclusion – he is a “go-to” connector for underrepresented minority founders, and regularly contributes thought leadership that speaks to the unique challenges and opportunities of these entrepreneurs. While attending law school, Dennis was a finalist for the Leonsis Family Entrepreneurship Prize in recognition of his venture capital fund, Farley Craig Capital and its ability to invest in the growth of diverse-led startups.

Corey Griddine
Corey Griddine is a distinguished Risk and Financial Advisory Consultant emphasizing Forensics, Investigations, and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) activities within the private sector. He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree from Limestone College and his Master of Business Administration from Howard University. Currently, he is an astute juris doctor candidate at Southern University’s Law Center in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
Mr. Griddine brings 19 years of commendable Department of Defense (DoD)/leadership experience, serving as a Captain (Promotable) in the United States Army Reserves. His professional endeavors are matched by a commitment to community and service, underscored by his involvement with the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. and the 100 Black Men of Greater Washington, D.C.
In his leisure time, Mr. Griddine is an avid reader and traveler, cherishing moments of fellowship with friends and family.
Secretary
Douglass Lightfoot
Doug Lightfoot is an associate attorney with Foley & Lardner LLP and based in the firm's Washington D.C. office, where he is a member of the Transactions Practice Group. Doug represents companies and private equity funds in complex business transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, distressed M&A transactions, reorganizations, debt and equity financings, and other strategic transactions. In addition, Doug assists clients with a variety of corporate governance matters.
Prior to Foley & Lardner, Doug served as a Lieutenant in the United States Coast Guard. In his role as a response officer, he mitigated hazardous material releases and coordinated search and rescue, migrant, and drug interdiction missions.
He obtained his law degree from Howard University School of Law and his B.S. from Morehouse College.
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Edward Hull
Edward N. Hull was born in Jackson, MS. He is a highly skilled, productive and achieved System Engineer with over nine years of experience in IT systems engineering in both the public and private sector. He has shown proficiency in systems integration, management and configuration, and software applications in Linux-based computer systems. Executes job with precision, determination and positive attitude to hard work. He currently a Senior Service Engineer for Microsoft, based out of Atlanta, GA.
He received his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with a Minor in Information Systems from THE Fort Valley State University in 2012, and his Master’s degree in Information Assurance from the University of Maryland University College in 2017.
Edward is a proud active member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Inc. He is also an active alumni member of the FVSU Blue Machine Marching Band, where he served as trombone section leader and arranger during his time in the Blue Machine, and currently serves as the President of The Sound and The Fury Alumni Band Association. In his spare time, Edward enjoys spending time with family, New Orleans Saints football, video games, and documentaries covering wide ranges of topics.
Gee James
Gee James (he/his) is an entrepreneur, philanthropist and results coach. In government, Gee is a senior leader with experience in full-scope operations, programming and finance in federal and community organizations. He is a results driven professional with proven experience in leading major organizational changes with diverse executives and staff through consensus building and performance management.
Additionally, Gee has served as a program manager overseeing finances and resources of approximately $24B annually. He is known for his work in leading education, social and civil rights organizations and donating thousands to teams and programs that directly support community wellness.
Gee is the founder of several companies and initiatives that have positively changed the lives of thousands. An advocate of housing for all, Gee currently owns and manages several real estate units in the DC metro area where he and his team provide affordable housing to those in need. He has been listed as a top 40 under 40, and has received numerous awards for his dedication to community activism.
Judge
Owen C. Wilson
Judge Wilson was born in Richmond, Virginia. He received a B.S. in Political Science in 1987 from James Madison University and a J.D. from the College of William and Mary, Marshall-Wythe School of Law in 1991. He served as a Law Clerk at the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals from 1991 to 1993.
Upon leaving the Board, he joined the Office of the General Counsel for the Navy and reported to the Military Sealift Command as an Assistant Counsel (1993 – 1998) and later appointed Associate Counsel (1998 – 2006) for the Special Missions and Prepositioning programs. He transferred to the Naval Sea Systems Command where he provided advice on major weapons systems procurements (electronic warfare and naval gun programs) and the Deactivated Ship Donation program. He received the Navy’s Procurement Excellence Award in 2005 and the Navy’s Superior Service Award in 2006. On September 17, 2007, he was appointed to the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals. On August 6, 2017, he was promoted to Vice Chairman.
Judge Wilson was initiated into the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity in 1985 and is a charter member of the Beta Delta Delta Chapter, located at James Madison University. While matriculating at Madison, Judge Wilson was involved in several activities, including the Marching Royal Dukes (drumline), the Madisonians, Student Government Association, and the University Program Board. As an alum, Judge Wilson has been active with the Black Alumni Chapter, Marching Royal Dukes Alumni Band, Ole School Alumni Group, and the James Madison University Foundation.
